Common questions.
A few things you may want to know before requesting a service, booking a call or donating.
What details will the request form ask for?
Who the request is for, your name, email and phone, your mother’s name, your gender and your date of birth, then a few questions for the service you choose and a short description. If the request also covers your family, include their names in your description. Questions marked optional can be left blank. A fatwa request skips these personal questions and asks what you need the fatwa for and your question.
How do I request a service?
Choose a service, fill in the short form and check your details. Pay the listed fee securely through SumUp. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll email you a reference and contact you soon about the next steps. There’s no calendar to book for these services.
Can I book a 1-to-1 conversation?
Yes. Our separate 1-to-1 spiritual consultation is £50 for 60 minutes on Google Meet. Use any “Book a call” button to choose a time through Cal.com and pay through Stripe. Your confirmation includes the meeting link. Consultations are online only.
I’ve paid but can’t see a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and the payment confirmation page. A delay in email delivery does not lose your request. Please don’t pay again. Call or WhatsApp +44 7770 183110 with your request or SumUp payment reference so we can help.
What do services cost?
Istikhara guidance and a written fatwa are £20 each; black magic removal and protection is £200; bandish support is £100; Ruqyah for health concerns is £200; jinn-related support is £100; and evil-eye support is £50. Confirm what is included before paying.
What are service fees used for?
Service fees help fund the charity’s running costs and charitable work, including support for people who are poor or in need. Donations are optional and separate from service fees.
Can I pray Istikhara or recite for myself?
Yes. Istikhara and personal recitation are open to everyone, and the service pages link to the relevant Qur’an and hadith. Our Istikhara service is for when you would like the centre to perform it for you.
Are the 21-day and 41-day programmes prescribed in the Sunnah?
These are programme periods proposed by the centre, not fixed durations prescribed by the sources linked on this website. They do not guarantee a particular outcome. The centre will explain the programme and follow-up arrangements before you begin. Please ask us before paying if you need clarification.
Does Ruqyah replace medical care?
No. It is spiritual support, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Continue appropriate healthcare and prescribed treatment. In the UK, use NHS 111 for urgent advice and 999 in an emergency.
Can I arrange a service for someone else or a child?
If the request is for you, you can include members of your family in it by adding their names to your description. If it’s for someone else instead of you, please contact the centre first so we can talk about their consent and whether the service suits them.
What are the cancellation and refund arrangements?
Contact the centre about cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms before you book or pay. If you need to change an existing appointment, include your booking reference when getting in touch.
